   1. Whats the turn around time on an order?

       It depends on the size of the order, however on average the turn around time is usually within a week.

    2. Do you do just embroidery?

       No, we understand that some clients may not want their logo embroidered so we also offer digital print.

    3. What time is your store open?

       We are located at unit 5 watford street, Blackburn. We`re open from 9am till 5pm.

    4. How can i order?

        Its very simple. select the item you want, add the amount and choose the personalistion you`d like. Then once all the items are in your basket                proceed to checkout and you will get a confirmation email. 

     5. Can i bring in my own clothes to embroider?

        Yes you can. If you have your own uniforms that you have picked out from elsewhere, you can bring them in and we will embroider your logo                  onto them.

     6. What is a setup fee?

        When you first order with us there is a setup fee for your logo/s. This is because the machines need to be calibrated to your logo with a special                type of file and it costs to covert your logo into that file. For this reason all contract embroidery businesses with charge a set up fee.
